Requirements: Shuurai
Effect: Kilam rises in the air and slashes with his weapon, causing electricity to shoot down at the enemy. This stuns an enemy.
Damage: Roll Die, if 1 25, if 6 45, if anything else 35.
History: Shuurai only knew large attacks and spells. When I tried to see if he knew any smaller spells. Unfortunatly, he didn't so I was forced to modify one of his spells. Most of them were too powerful but this one wasn't. I now use it as a very quick attack.
